Slow to start

It's that time of the year when male citizen starts preparing for the fitness test near their birthday. Usually, they started exercising three months before the big day. The beginning stage is always difficult. There seems to be enormous resistance to begin. There is a voice behind the back of the mind telling me "You still have time. Don't kan cheong." But the strength of this inner voice will diminish as the time passes. It will be taken over by fear. The fear of going to RT. The fear of getting out of breath while running the 2.4Km. But that day finally arrrived and flucked the test. Another voice will emerge and say "I will start training earlier the next round". And the vicious cycle repeats itself every year until you determine to STOP it. Follow Nike's moto..."Just DO IT"...
